Human Quotient Group Pty Ltd is an Australian certified social enterprise. We started in 2023 with the core goals of unlocking human potential and enabling employment pathways for the Defence/veteran community.
We work to address project and capability gaps across Defence, government and industry, using a people-first mindset.
We also make decisions that prioritise the environment and community over short-term profits. For example, we procure from Defence partner or veteran businesses, wherever possible.
Human Quotient: Program management and capability specialists
Why do we focus on the ‘Human Quotient’? We see great potential from harnessing the unique powers of emotional intelligence (sometimes referred to as Emotional Quotient) and intellectual capability (IQ) within individuals. We refer to this ‘HQ’.
We believe that the human element is the most powerful factor in large, complex or technical projects. And it’s sometimes overlooked.
For example… Recruitment processes look to hire people with appropriate credentials on paper, to fill a position; tick a box, as fast as possible. The attributes, potential, creativity and needs of the human being are often not a focus.
So we’ve set out with a mission to assist Defence, industry and government agencies achieve better results by harnessing the Human Quotient, while employing veterans, Defence partners and women at the same time.
