Getting to know the Human Quotient team
Alex Kos, Warehousing and Supply Chain Specialist
Precision, reliability and pride in delivery
At Human Quotient Group, we believe our strength lies in our people, those who show up consistently, care deeply about their work, and understand that capability is built through reliability as much as innovation.
In this edition of The Human Element, we’re introducing Alex Kos. With a quiet determination and strong operational mindset, Alex brings deep Defence and logistics experience to the team, underpinned by trust, teamwork and follow-through.
From Navy service to operational logistics excellence
Alex began his Defence journey when he joined the Royal Australian Navy in 2010. Over time, he developed extensive experience across warehousing, inventory control and supply chain operations. Working at the sharp end of logistics; accuracy, safety and timing matter.
He has supported naval operations at sea and ashore and embedded with a large Army team to return more than $450m of Australian Government equipment from Afghanistan. Alex has worked in environments where precision and accountability are non-negotiable.
Today, he continues to apply that experience across Defence projects, ensuring logistics systems are efficient, compliant and ready to support capability when required.
Outside of work, Alex values balance and simplicity, unwinding through exercise and spending time with his dog.
