Human Quotient Group officially launched its new Lunch and Learn event series at Indo Pacific in early November, introducing 2 tailored streams to support capability, career development, and wellbeing across the Defence industry and veteran communities.
Now, Human Quotient Group is inviting participants across Australia to explore these free, online sessions—an opportunity to connect, learn, and gain practical skills in a supportive environment.
The Industry Lunch and Learn Series and Veteran Community Lunch and Learn Series have the first events running through November and December 2025, with more sessions planned for early 2026. All events are free, fully online, and designed for anyone seeking to grow professionally, personally, or within the Defence ecosystem.

For practitioners looking to expand their FIC capability, this session dives deeper into stakeholder needs, assurance requirements, and how to support the development of effective FIC Assurance Plans and Statements with reduced risk. Delivered by an ex-Maritime Logistics Officer, it offers practical insights, clearer pathways through the assurance process, and guidance for confidently engaging with FIC Leads.
